Trouble Kaze. The prolific Fujii’s Satoko Fujii Orchestra Tokyo recently released the spectacularly sprawling Peace, and she’s just come out with a superb solo piano set, Invisible Hand. Tonight, Fujii and Maki rebrand as Hakidame ni Tsuru (Crane in the Wasteland), an avant-jazz-rock–leaning ensemble, joined by guitarist Yasuhiro Usui, percussionist Takaaki Masuko and “percussive dance” artist Mizuki.
