DTLA’s Boomtown Brewery is pleased to present their First Beer Pairing Dinner on Thursday, May 18. The dinner features a five-course tasting by Chef Alan Matheus, an alumnus of Redbird and Bouchon. Guests will be able to enjoy gourmet dishes such as Ceviche Mixto, Wild Mushroom Toast, Pan Seared Scallops, Ale Braised Lamb Shank, and Mascarpone Panna Cotta.
