Boy’s Own, Weatherall was among the first to chronicle the emerging late-’80s rave scene — then he went on to shape it, first with pioneering DJ sets at now-legendary clubs such as Shroom, Future & Spectrum and Trip, later with his production and remix work for everyone from My Bloody Valentine and Primal Scream to Beth Orton and The Orb. He was originally scheduled to play Lot 613 back in February but had to cancel due to visa issues. Tonight, he makes up for lost time with an extended four-hour set, with support from local luminaries Lovefingers and Heidi Lawden.
