YouTube in the Flesh!

You've wasted — shhhh! — precious work hours watching Drew Droege, Nadya Ginsburg, Funky Dineva, Jeffery Self and John Roberts on YouTube. Thanks to Outfest's "Queer Internet Superstars" panel, you can find out what brought these wonderful people to your dull, drab cubicle. Almost all have had similar success on TV, including Self, whose sketch comedy show Jeffery & Cole Casserole on the Logo network originated from his viral videos. Ginsburg hit TV pay dirt writing for E!'s Fashion Police, thanks to her brilliant online impersonations of Madonna and Cher. (Though the fake Madonna is much classier, Ginsburg may or may not take a recent cue from her idol and flash her boob.) And last but not least is the story of Chloe Sevigny, aka Droege. The actor no doubt will share how he created his Internet alter ego, which is less an impersonation than a wholly original character inspired by the actress, who name-drops unspeakably haughty words like Balenciaga, Shohreh Aghdashloo and Beaujolais Nouveau. Maybe she can tell you how to plan the perfect "barbe-cois." REDCAT, 631 W. Second St., dwntwn.; Sat., July 21, 2:30 p.m.; $13. (213) 480-7065, outfest.org.
