Ol' Blue Eyes is Back

Judy Collins may be known as folk's first waif, but she actually started her musical career as a classical pianist. After she heard the roots sound of Woody Guthrie, she'd, of course, go on to become a folk music pioneer. Collins brought other writers' songs -- including Stephen Sondheim's "Send in the Clowns," Joni Mitchell "Both Sides Now," as well as ones by Leonard Cohen, Bob Dylan and Randy Newman to mass audiences. When she sits down with former lover Stephen Stills -- who wrote the Crosby, Stills and Nash classic "Suite: Judy Blue Eyes" for Writers Bloc Presents Judy Collins with Stephen Stills, expect some well articulated history of the rock scene in the '60s and '70s.
