Whereas nearby Flying Pigeon (at 3404 N. Figueroa St.) stocks the nicest baskets, lights and locks for your bike, VeloLove offers durable, custom apparel for your body, plus accessories like wool caps, silk neckerchiefs and musette bags. Husband-and-wife team Muriel Bartol and Matthew Rolletta design and manufacture Swrve clothing from a sewing room just behind their VeloLove shop, and while the apparel certainly isn't cheap, you can't help but want to support this hyperlocal business, which has an international following. 3421 Verdugo Road, Glassell Park, 90065.
