Brentwood Country Club? Just how are you supposed to get in? You can't, but you can bring the kids and some folding chairs and blankets to South Burlingame Avenue on Santa Monica's border and watch the magnificent display up close. Park your car on the street just north or south of the gated, private entrance, and enjoy the show. Folks at Brentwood blow their load about 200 yards shy of the 18th hole, which means it's only another 100 yards to Burlingame, where you'll be sitting as the fireworks go off overhead with some of the remnants falling like gray snow. 590 S.
