Amber from Clueless complained to her gym teacher, "My plastic surgeon doesn't want me doing any activity where balls fly at my nose." Dionne replied, "Well, there goes your social life." But guess what — that's totally not true! The social scene is alive and kicking in the World Dodgeball Society, an athletic club that boasts 18 leagues across Southern California. Team members assemble each week with their game faces on — and really, what other kind of face could you have when your team is called something like Sparkle Motion, Throwjobs or The Good, The Bad and the Ballsy? — with the goal of knocking off one another's blocks.
