Best Auto Body Custom Car Paint Jobs Los Angeles 2011

Eddie's Auto Body

Eddie Solis is the ultimate Eastside homeboy–meets–West Coast Choppers fusion. He typically wears a bandanna and is especially proud of the Chicano mural gracing the side of his bustling shop. Custom work takes place in a garage adjacent to an auto paint store that's still open to the public but merely a convenience for Eddie's work. The garage, parking lot and nearby curbsides brim with motorcycles, cars, trucks and the occasional boat. From soul and funk celebrities like Rick James and Tina Marie (Eddie painted her '57 Thunderbird) to Eastside car enthusiasts The Bomb Squad to television productions like That '70s Show, Eddie's Auto Body clientele keep coming back, typically with their second and third cars. They come as much for his airtight work on dings, dents, scratches or major collision damage as they do for the airbrush artistry. 4809 Huntington Drive North, El Sereno. (323) 227-6775.
