Two years ago, Russell began changing my life abundantly. Medical treatments moved me abroad; I had to somehow bring him with me. I am now an international client. He coaches me through some pretty - or rather, not so pretty - weighted, archaic, thick and funky gunk as I am recovering from quadriplegia. Filled with compassion and drive, Russell has a gift worth running to.
Russell is great. I've worked with him and he gets right to the core of some shit you didn't even know you had! He's a Magician!!
I have had the good fortune to be able to witness Russell's coaching with several people at a couple of events. In all cases the people walked away looking as if a weight had been lifted from their shoulders that they had been carrying around for years and they shone with an internal light not previously seen. Russell gets right to the heart of the issue and helps his clients see themselves in a new light. Very inspiring to see!
Russell is one of those rare gems hiding amongst the many sparkly objects that aren't really gold. I came across Russell through a friend and as always, it was divine timing. I had just discovered the existence of a number of cysts and was pretty worried. My doctor had told me to give up caffeine, which I had, but they still remained. Russell called me on it straight away, he made me sit-up, take notice and take-action. I knew I couldn't BS him and to my surprise this was why I signed up to do his work. Not my normal pattern, as I'd usually avoid working with someone who might actually help me to change!
His wisdom, insight and ability to break you out of your own BS is unparalleled. Thank god for people like him.
If you are telling yourself one thing, but deep down somewhere inside know that you want something else, pick up the phone and book a session. You'll be eternally glad you did.
