Located in the basement of the old I. Magnin building on Wilshire, the best deal at Natura is the body scrub plus massage for $80 (other options are just the scrub for $45 or an hourlong acupressure massage for $70). The cost of your treatment at this Korean spa gives you access to two saunas (steam and dry), a Jacuzzi, a warm tea bath, a cold bath, the yellow clay room and the red rock room (both purported to be detoxifying). Your 80 bucks buys you a nearly two-hour treatment that starts with the scrub — and you will be astonished at the gray pencil eraser–esque detritus that comes off of your body — and progresses through a Shiatsu-style massage followed by an oil massage, all performed by a matronly Korean woman wearing a black bra and panties. She also will give you a minifacial consisting of chilled cucumber puréed with ice packed on your face while she washes your hair. After you are scrubbed and rubbed, pad over to the lunch room in your robe for some excellent bibimbap, abalone porridge or freshly squeezed fruit and vegetable juice. 3240 Wilshire Blvd., Koreatown; (213) 637-9640.
