As part of the New LATC's internatinonal programming, a Mexican production of Ana Francis Mor's cabaret-style "homo opera farce" plays out the Frankenstein legend from Mexico City with two female actors. in the back yard,  one neighbor is defiantly trying to buy up the

building, and Joseph Stalin has crashed through the roof - only to be

elected President  of the Homeowners' Association!  This subversive new

comedy reveals the many different meanings of "home" as it jaywalks

across the intersection of civil rights and domestic security."
