"Summer Blonde" is a brief excerpt from the a new book of the same name. It's a hardcover collection of stories by Tomine from his acclaimed comic Optic Nerve (Drawn & Quarterly.)
Tomine has been producing comics since he was 16. You've seen his work in publications such as Details, Pulse!, and The New Yorker. His artwork has recently been exhibited in Los Angeles and Helsinki.
