Two Pronounced Dead, Four Hospitalized after Car Slams into Home near Lone Mountain Parkway

PEORIA, AZ (April 25, 2024)Shane Johnson and Aiden Ellis died late Sunday night after crashing into a home on Vistancia Boulevard.

Just past midnight on April 14th, authorities rushed to the scene near Lone Mountain Parkway in response to an incident.

Initial reports indicate that the driver of a 2018 black Infiniti Q60 traveling westbound neglected to stop at a sign on 126th Avenue, proceeding through the intersection and colliding with a residence.

All six occupants of the vehicle sustained serious injuries, with two of them, identified as 20-year-old Shane Johnson and 19-year-old Aiden Ellis from Tempe, later succumbing to their wounds.

Emergency services transported the injured to a nearby hospital, where the remaining four are undergoing treatment, two of whom are in critical condition. Fortunately, no residents inside the home were harmed.

Detectives are actively investigating the incident, and as of now, no additional details regarding the crash have been released to the public. Further updates will be provided once more information becomes available.
