I'm curious to know if the people who approached her at this event, and posted the videos on YouTube got permission from Shelley & Garrett Lubben to talk to them? As far as I am aware of, California is a two-party consent state, and you must have the consent of all parties involved before you record them if the conversation is a private.

I think, there may be a possibility that the recordings they posting online may be illegal. Lubben should challenge it legally, if no permission was granted.

You'll never outlaw porn and if they managed to they'd just find other ways of getting it, illegal and unregulated ways which would actually further accomplish what Lubben is against spreading AIDS and other STDs. After rethinking some of the points that were made, specifically the legality aspects, it seems to me the best way to reduce porn is to reduce child abuse. Maybe you won't agree there's a connection, but you'll probably agree child abuse should be reduced regardless.
