). She's hunted, despised, treated like a crucifix-hating animal by townsfolk. A local cop tries to find out her identity and, trudging up into the mountains from whence she apparently came, finds out that her secret origin holds within it horrors better left balled up and thrown under the bed until they are dry and crusty.
