It's the perfect place to celebrate the end of a horrific year (which, by no coincidence, was the result of ruthless overspending by the Bush administration) with hors d'oeuvres, a multitude of dinner stations, a decadent dessert spread, a chocolate buffet and a Champagne toast at midnight.
