Ice skating is a great way to work off holiday stress. At Ice at Santa Monica, the staff is welcoming and the setting is supercute. Someone will even help you with your lacing. If you are a beginner, they'll offer tips on "sculling," and before you know it you'll be skating backward! And don't worry about falling -- everybody does it. Ice skating also provides a good cardio workout and can even increase your self-confidence.
