WEST HOLLYWOOD AS IT WAS MEANT TO BE
Despite the naked rear ends that'll glow like illuminated fleshy pumpkins, the West Hollywood Halloween Costume Carnaval is not clothing optional. In fact, it's usually the place see all the hottest costume ideas, which, this year, will not doubt range from Alice and the Mad Hatter to the Chilean miners, Tiger Woods' mistresses and The Jersey Shore's cast of guidos and guidettes (Note: Snooki prefers a natural poof over the Bumpit). This year will also feature cast from The Rocky Horror Picture Show -- celebrating the cult movie's 35th anniversary -- taking part in the parade, as well as six stages that'll attempt to hold a Guinness Book record-breaking performance of the Time Warp dance. It's just a jump to the left and a step to the right. But you'll probably be too drunk to do either.
