Possible comedy genius Kevin Nealon invites some pals for another in a series of Friends of Big Joe comedy benefits for his pal Joe Kenny, who was diagnosed with metastatic squamous cell skin cancer. Dig this: Sarah Silverman, Roseanne Barr, Garry Shandling and Mr. Nealon entertain the hell out of you for a very good cause. Do we really need to emphasize what a terrifically huge deal this is? Shandling rarely leaves the house these days. The man has a pet snake, for chrissakes. Nealon is like your next-door neighbor -- if your next-door neighbor has stream-of-consciousness lines like, "I'm taking an Acting With Botox class. It's how to get your eyes to say what your face wants." And you get to go to Hermosa Beach. And really, when was the last time anyone went to Hermosa Beach?
