"By Air, Land & Sea" is this year's theme of the Art Center Car Classic , encompassing vehicles ranging from hot rods and sports cars to motorcycles, aircraft, watercraft and possibly even supernitro funny cars. Guest speakers include KABC-TV automotive reporter Dave Kunz, and Burt Rutan, the groundbreaking designer of SpaceShipOne, the first privately built manned craft to venture into outer space (Andy Griffith's "Salvage 1" notwithstanding). In a nod to the current dismal economy, Art Center won't sell you the whole seat — you'll only need the edge!
