Lula Washington Dance Theater: Kwanzaa Celebration Concert
At its multicultural best, this city welcomes the seven days of Kwanzaa with the same open arms that embrace the eight days of Hanukkah and the 12 days of Christmas. But it is hard to imagine a more joyous contribution to celebrating the seven Kwanzaa traditions than the annual roof-raising performance from Lula Washington and her troupe.
