By Siran Babayan

Published on October 07, 2008 at 2:22am

Before anyone with a camera phone became an amateur paparazzo, celebrity lensman Patrick McMullan has been on the other side of the velvet rope photographing the glitterati for 30 years, dating back to the days of Studio 54. He's a contributing editor at Vanity Fair whose photos have been splashed across the pages of New York magazine, the New York Times, Vogue and Harper's Bazaaar.
