There’ll be house music all night long at this underground-style bash (the location is still undisclosed) featuring seminal U.K. party-music duo Inland Knights and local legend Doc Martin, who will open. Both have the chops to command a dance floor in a way that’s both crowd-pleasing and sonically challenging. L.A.’s own pride and joy, Martin is still doing his thing, both on his Sublevel record label and in da clubs, mixing classics from the ol’ map-point days with exciting new deep-house blends that never fail to uplift. The Knights, hailing from Northern England, have been honing and expanding their soundscapes to fuse every flavor of house music out there, from soulful to techy, as heard on Brit dance label Drop Music. This set for their “Family Duals” tour promises to throb till the wee hours. Sat., Jan. 28, 10 p.m.-8 a.m.; over 18; call (323) 960-1033 for ticket info and location.
