Since 1991, Cha Cha Cha Encino has presented its patrons with a variety of experiences — from tarot card readings, Latin Jazz, salsa and reggae on weekends and to, of course, enticing contemporary California and Caribbean cuisine food. There is also a tableside magician. The jerk chicken (marinated and grilled, $11) and the Caribbean paella (clams, mussels, andouille sausage, shrimp, chicken, scallops, swordfish and ahi tuna over saffron rice, serves two for $23) are winning selections.
